Every fall, Nature treats us to the magnificent sight of a harvest moon. Appearing larger than usual, the autumn-orange globe rises up from the horizon, slowly making its way through the tree branches and across the sky at dusk.

This annual event is clearly depicted in this beautiful, dusky-blue and soft-orange, Cherry Creek jasper stone. On the reverse side of the pendant, the stone is backed with hand-hammered copper adding to the fall colors. Swinging freely below is a hand-fabricated feather and stamped bead. Laced through the framed setting are two hand-braided, chestnut-colored leather cords terminating in beaded fringe. Enjoy the warm glow of a harvest moon as you wear this autumn-inspired necklace.
